Our personal mission is to provide you with the latest cutting edge psychological approaches to achieve fast and effective results in just a few sessions; to be a nationally recognised coaching centre of excellence for those who want to make effective and measurable changes in key aspects of their academic, personal or professional life.

What we offer:

Secondary Schools: Our GCSE / A- Level Twilight Workshops help students to improve their memory recall, study skills and manage exam performance anxiety.

Small Group & 1:1 Coaching: We offer 1:1 and small group coaching (3 – 10 participants) to help Key Stage 3, GCSE / A- Level students measurably improve memory & study skills for English, Mathematics, Science, History etc. These workshops are offered in Newry & Kilkeel after school / weekends. Individual coaching sessions are also available by SKYPE.

Personal Therapy: We provide a comprehensive team of specialist therapists who practice in the field of mental health, counselling, education and medicine. Using a multi-disciplinary, evidence-based approach we can therefore help with a range of conditions and issues. Clinics available at: Belfast, Moira, Newry and Kilkeel or Online – SKYPE.

College / University Programmes: We offer 1 day ‘University Approved’ workshops to help people to improve their memories, study skills and confidence as a learner. We also have a range of ‘off-the-shelf’ workshops that are particularly valuable to students of Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Teaching, Counselling, Social Work or any of the Allied Health Professions.
