A qualified and registered teacher, counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, T.L.T and EFT Practitioner. Gavin is a practicing teacher, who in addition to working with several counselling charities, is also a CCEA registered Professional Associate. Gavin also lectures on ‘The Exam Coach’ Accelerated Learning Course, which is delivered through Queen’s University – School of Education and Stranmillas University College. Amongst other training Gavin is currently studying for an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Psychotherapy. His private therapy & coaching practice is based at Ballybot House in Newry. He also regularly delivers Exam Coaching, Sport Psychology and Wellbeing Workshops at venues across N. Ireland.

Warren York – Belfast.

Warren is an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, a member of the Society of Brief Strategic Therapists, The CNHC and The General Hypnotherapy Register. He also holds a BSc Honours degree in Psychology.

Alison Ruddell – Moira.

Alison qualified in 1990 as a Registered General Nurse. She worked in Craigavon Area Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast, specialising in the care of patients during and after critical surgery. Alison undertook a BA in Business Studies to further her management skills, but her approach was always to consider the holistic needs of a patient, recognising that confidence and self-belief have much to contribute to the healing process. Following a family and career break, Alison took the opportunity to develop her interests in complementary therapy, training with the Society of Brief Strategic Therapies and obtaining a Distinction in their Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Alison lives in County Armagh, and is married with three children.
